ITHACA CAMPUS POSITIONS

Director of Financial Planning - FT
This position is responsible for Financial Planning for all FLSM students. This position involves implementing and ensuring compliance of financial aid policies and procedures with institutional and state regulations/guidelines and overseeing the accurate and timely disbursement of student funds at both FLSM campuses. The position actively works with the following: default management, compliance, and student account management. This position is also responsible for addressing any compliance issues, communicating cross-campus, keeping up-to-date on federal budget issues, and managing any on-going training for both campuses. Ideal candidate should possess the following: excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to problem solve, ability to meet established deadlines, ability to manage others and thrive in a team-centered workplace. Experience with Federal Title IV programs required.

Admissions Representative Ð PT
The staff member in this part-time position is responsible for managing inquiries from prospective students interested in enrolling in the academic programs offered at the Finger Lakes School of Massage Ithaca Campus. The Admissions Representative tracks and follows up on all inquiries (by phone, email and in-person) and establishes relationships with prospective students. Additional responsibilities include conducting tours of the school as needed, as well as organizing and facilitating community outreach events. Skills required include: excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, ability to create and maintain rapport with prospective students, alumni, and outside organizations, strong organizational skills, strong initiative and self-direction, and ability to work both as a team-member and independently. Computer skills required: Word, Excel, FileMaker and/or other database programs.

Administrative Assistant Ð PT
The staff member in this part-time position will be responsible for assisting the Directors with a variety of administrative duties, including answering phones, managing main office traffic and operations, supply ordering, coordinating service for building maintenance issues, and assisting the various departments with daily operations and/or special projects. This is a 20 hour per week position. Skills required include: excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, ability to create and maintain rapport with students, alumni, and outside organizations, strong organizational and computer skills, and ability to work both as a team-member and independently. Computer skills required: Word, Excel, FileMaker and/or other database programs.

MOUNT KISCO CAMPUS POSITIONS

Administrative Director- FT
The Mount Kisco Campus seeks dynamic candidates with administrative managerial experience to fill an Administrative Director position. This position is responsible for managing the following: admissions department, financial planning department, school store and local marketing schemes. We are looking for candidates with experience managing admissions and/or a marketing background. Strong organizational, communication, computer and creative problem solving skills are required.

Clinic Coordinator & Student & Career Services
We are seeking dynamic candidates to fill a 30 hour administrative position that combines the clinic coordinator responsibilities with the career services position. This position is responsible for managing clinic, networking with employers, career counseling, job placement, and student services. This position requires someone who is organized, likes administrative record keeping, is good at networking and true to FLSM spirit, is warm and engaging. Three years experience as an LMT preferred.
