Ithaca is a vibrant college town with plenty of affordable rental opportunities. Our students have enjoyed a wide variety of student-friendly, reasonably priced accommodations while attending FLSM. To help students make an easy transition into the Ithaca community, we maintain a list of Ithaca area housing information, updated for each incoming class and made available exclusively to our students.
Please keep in mind that FLSM neither recommends nor screens any of the rentals listed through our site. However, because our students are our priority, we take the liberty of permanently removing any listing about which we receive any negative feedback. Any contact, contract, or other arrangement any student makes with any landlord is at their own discretion.
Many students find it preferable to share housing or carpooling. Accepted students have access to our virtual discussion board where they may begin making connections and plans with one another.
